Countryscape is a multi-disciplinary company, combining the creative skills of a communications agency with the scientific knowledge of an environmental consultancy.
We operate primarily in the environmental, heritage and voluntary sectors, providing expertise in design and communication, events and consultation, mapping, landscape and place-making. We work with everyone from European bodies to national agencies, local authorities, volunteer groups, charities and private businesses.
Countryscape was established in 2002 by a group of like-minded people, all of whom share a passion for the natural and cultural landscape. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly and accessible service, which includes design and communication, events and consultation, mapping, landscape and place-making.
Our team comprises people from diverse backgrounds, each with their own specialist skills, experience and professional interests. Together, our combined expertise enables us to take on complex projects and create solutions ‘all under one roof’.
We are committed to being an ethical company and are proactive in minimising our impact on the environment.
We offer a range of services, including:
- Design and communication: we can help you to produce exciting publications, displays, websites, brands and communications strategies.
- Events and engagement: our experienced team is capable of running conferences, exhibitions, training sessions, workshops and consultations.
- Maps and GIS: we specialise in route maps, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and interpretive maps for bringing places to life.
- Landscape and place-making: we can help you to assess and understand the character, function and ‘sense of place’ of your local landscape, and develop plans for how best to manage it.
